More love & less handles
It's February and that can only mean 2 things. First it's valentines and second that the vigour and enthusiasm that we attacked our exercise regime with in January, may just be on the wane a tad.
To that end this issue of your newsletter is jam packed with ways in which you can keep your fitness programme on track, the best of which (and in true valentine's tradition) is to share a workout with a friend.
For Valentine’s month, Market Sports have a range of customized workouts designed to increase metabolism, improve flexibility, strength and stamina! If you have a partner, friends, family, even co-workers that you can join forces with and use each other for some added motivation as well as saving time and money!
You & your partner
There is nothing better than getting hot and sweaty with your partner, and whilst there are probably better places to do it, there a few healthier places to do it than Market Sports. Did you know that in a recent study regular exercise was shown to increase your sex drive by up to 30% (well that's what the bloke on the treadmill next to me told me). So if you and your partner are fitness buffs, or even if your partner is a couch potato and you want to show him or her just what a buzz exercise can give you we are offering you the chance to bring them along to the club for free. You & your colleagues
Have you thought about working out with colleagues? Not only is this a great way to stay accountable to your exercise programme, it can also be a good way of ensuring you get a break in the middle of the day or leave work at a decent time in the evening.
Our expert Personal Training team have come up with a fantastic offer to keep you motivated this February. They are offering a free 1 hour trial Personal Training session
